STRENGTH. RECOVERY. COMMUNITY.

A coaching-driven training club built for strength, longevity, and community.

HSTL Athletic Club was built for people who want more than a typical gym. We’re a coaching-driven training club focused on building strength, athleticism, and long-term resilience through thoughtful programming and expert instruction.

We believe the best training environments combine strong coaching, intentional programming, and a community that shows up for each other.

Unlike large group fitness environments, our classes are intentionally kept small so coaches can focus on the details that matter most—movement quality, intelligent progressions, and individualized attention. Every session is structured to challenge you while ensuring you’re training safely, effectively, and with purpose.

The club is designed around two distinct training environments. Our strength and conditioning floor is where we run our Build and Hybrid Strength & Conditioning classes, combining progressive strength training with athletic conditioning. Inside the club you’ll also find a dedicated heated yoga studio, a completely separate space designed for recovery, mobility, and mind-body training.

From Build and Hybrid Strength & Conditioning to Yoga Sculpt and Slow Flow, our programming supports both performance and recovery—allowing members to train hard while maintaining balance and longevity.

Our mission is simple: to create strong, capable, and resilient humans.

We train hard.

We recover intentionally.

We support each other relentlessly.

Yoga Matters Here

The HSTL studio is a heated, mirrorless space built for presence. When you step inside, the noise stays out. No phones. No comparison. No distractions. Just breath, movement, and focus.

The elevated heat supports mobility, circulation, and recovery while creating a deep, steady sweat that clears both body and mind. Expect warm tissues, an engaged nervous system, and the kind of reset that carries into everything else you do.

This is a judgment-free zone designed to help you reconnect — physically and mentally — so you leave stronger, clearer, and more grounded than when you arrived.

Mats, towels, and all necessary props are provided.

You just show up.

Whether you’re chasing strength gains, better form, or just a good sweat — BUILD delivers.

  • This 50 minute hybrid full-body class uses a metabolic conditioning framework for an efficient, results driven workout. You'll build muscle while elevating your heart rate through dynamic, athletic intervals. Expect a balanced mix of strength, power, speed and programming that boosts endurance, leaving you feeling strong and accomplished. All levels are welcome, with options to modify or level up.

  • This hybrid strength class takes place in our heated studio and blends the fluidity of yoga, the power and structure of traditional strength training, and the core-driven precision of Pilates with functional movement. Each session is intentionally designed to build strength, mobility, stability, and body awareness in a seamless, flowing format.

Classes begin with a guided, coach-led warm-up to prepare the joints, muscles, and nervous system for movement. The main training block integrates strength, control, and dynamic transitions to challenge the body without sacrificing quality or intention. Each session concludes with a lavender towel and purposeful cool-down to restore mobility, promote recovery, and reinforce mindful movement.

    Mats & equipment are provided.
